Firenze calfskin
This beautiful slightly glossy and distressed leather will continue to soften with age. Some darkening in the colors should be expected. A mild leather care lotion can be applied with a clean, soft cloth to enhance its luster.

Suede calfskin
This leather will darken slightly with usage. We recommend a soft brush to remove any mild stain or dirt. For deep stains, you should use a professional cleaning service.

Metallic Calfskin
This soft distressed leather is ideal for unstructured shapes. Marks are expected to show as the leather ages enhancing its natural look.

Finally, do not forget to utilize the ‘Protector Bag’. All Almas handbags come with a protection cloth bag that helps you protect your handbags from dust or scratches when it is kept in storage or not in use.

Almas will gladly handle any repairs that are result of manufacturing defects but not result of wear and tear. Repairs must be authorized by email at returns@almasonline.com. Please allow 30 days time for repair.

Which is Almas Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with Almas products, you can return them within 7 business days of receipt. Returns must be authorized by email returns@almasonline.com, prior to returning your item. Products returned must be in unused conditions and with original tags and packaging. Almas will credit back the money to your credit card minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Which is Almas Shipping Policy for online orders?
Almas customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Online orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Almas ships orders through UPS FOB Los Angeles, California. Shipping method is selected by customer.

Almas Imports partners with Verisign for all its on line transactions to guarantee customer privacy and security. After you place an order and finish the check out process, you will receive and email with your order # and total amount to be charged to your credit card. Almas only charges your credit card if the item(s) you selected is (are) in stock. If your selection is out of stock, Almas will send you an email with the expected delivery time and you can decide if you would like to wait or cancel your order.
